All our Limo-concierges are fully licensed, and they take pride in their work with an aim to provide the highest level of service. English training is one of our in-house programs, and almost 70% of our Limo-concierges have an ability to speak fluent English to greet and converse with customers from abroad.
All of them have a good geographical knowledge of Tokyo (Asakusa, Tokyo Tower, Roppongi, Tokyo Mid-Town, Akihabara, etc), as well as the suburbs, such as Hakone, Mt. Fuji, Nikko, Tsukuba, etc.

We are also proud to introduce our industry’s first Concierge desk, based on an executive hotel service experience. Restaurants and theater reservations can be arranged upon request. All requests are customized promptly and efficiently through a Limo-concierge to the Concierge desk, who will do their best to accommodate customers’ needs.

All of our vehicles are imported high-end luxury long wheelbase sedans. In addition, we also have black in black leather upholstered six (6) passenger minivans available.
Inside the cabin, there are full amenities, i.e., bottled mineral water, moist hand towel, a mobile charger and stationery supplies, all of which are always provided as standard. Optional drinks and newspapers can be also made available upon request.

I’cinqs never compromises Limo-concierges’ commitment to driving skills, and implements the world’s highest level in-house training for safe driving, developed under the guidance of traffic scientists and psychologists. We also conduct a practical test at least twice a year to ensure our standard for safe driving is upheld.

Booking is possible 24 hours a day / 7 days a week via website, or by e-mail and/or facsimile (Sorry, we can not accept booking by phone call, to avoid possible confusion and misunderstandings).

If required, we shall reconfirm your order details (i.e., name of Limo-concierge, vehicle information, mobile number for the vehicle + Limo-concierge) by the day before your service date.

Your Limo-concierge is expected to arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes prior to the designated pick-up time.

Please make yourself comfortable in the cabin. Your Limo-concierge will do his best to deliver one-step ahead service at all times.

All the records of our service and incurred receipts shall be reported to you by the next day of our service、if required.
