I’cinqs has embarked into a new business concept since 2006, with a vision to go far beyond the conventional image of chauffeur service, which had been commonly interpreted as using high class cars, but the provided services were stereotype, with the main interest focused on mass collection of passengers and mass consumption.
We raised our doubt to this perception as we felt the strong need to divert our attention towards a verity of customer needs and requirements through the development of a tailored system of packages that ensures customer satisfaction of the highest degree.

In order to realize our concept, I’cinqs is created with the key words, “Support, Safety, Secret, Surprise and Saloon”. The name Cinq means Five (5) in French with S used as the initial for these five words, as it is our firm belief that the absolute dedication would result in these factors.
Each one of us seeks to enhance hospitality, trust in our safe driving style and dedication to pursue real “service delivery”. We hereby form a professional Concierge team eager to satisfy in the most challenging circumstances.

We are currently living in the very fast moving world when the old values are being replaced with the new concept, and anticipate that the needs of customers would likewise become more specialized and diversified. We believe it is part of our duty to be creative and to be able to cope and accommodate such requirements to the best of our ability.

Our future vision is to raise the social recognition of “Limo-concierge” and support the enhancement of our staff through progressive training programs. Simultaneously, we seek to create demand for luxurious hospitality, by collaborating with high-end service from other industries worldwide.
